Dhara Nathwani, LCPC

President & Psychotherapist

Dhara is also bilingual in Gujurati

We all go through adverse life experiences that can take a toll on our emotional well-being. The stress of the past can sometimes end up following us and continuing to drive how we feel and the decisions we make. However, these hardships that we go through do not have to end up hindering our functioning and stagnating our growth. I also specialize in depression, self-esteem, anxiety, women and cultural issues. I have expertise in working with individuals who have experienced physical, emotional and/or sexual trauma or neglect during their childhood.

I’m calm, patient and compassionate and truly enjoy getting to know each of my clients and going through the therapeutic journey with them. The work we do together will be a collaborative process. You can expect that therapy with me will be fun, challenging and empowering. The work we will do will be meaningful. Let’s take this journey of personal growth together!

I am currently accepting new patients with Aetna PPO, BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, Optum, United Behavioral Health, and UMR. I also have a self-pay option.
